My Post for #MEAwarenessWeek 2019


This week (6th – 12th May) is ME Awareness Week – and #MillionsMissing – raising awareness about ME (also sometimes called ME/CFS).

I care about this because I’ve got ME. I’ve had ME since I was 11. I’ll be 40 later this month… I am one of the ‘Millions Missing’ around the world with ME.

‘Child Friendly Web’ what I think would be a better solution to the new UK ‘Adult Site’ Age Check Law

From the 15th July 2019, a new law comes into place which aims to stop under 18s accessing ‘adult’ sites. This might sound like a good idea. And it is. Stopping kids from viewing stuff they shouldn’t can only be a good thing. But what’s not so good is the way that the UK Government is implementing this (or the complete lack of Government lead implementation!)
